16. The committee is composed of 9 members, of whom

the Conference appoints 2;

the Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology or the Minister’s representative appoints one and, if necessary, one alternate;

the board of directors of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec appoints 3; and

the board of directors of the Collège des médecins du Québec appoints 3.

The committee may also authorize persons or representatives of organizations concerned to attend its meetings.
